You know what you’re psyched about?  The big April Fools Cover-Up.  It’s this Saturday, you know.  We’ve got Sidewalk Driver as Spinal Tap.  Oranjuly as the Monkees.  Golden Bloom as Weird Al.  And if that’s not enough, the comedy of Ken Reid, Tim McIntire, and Lamont Price. 

For my part, Nate (of The Blizzard of ’78) and I have been balls deep in Tenacious D-land over the last few weeks.  I’ve got to say – playing the role of Jack Black could be my biggest challenge so far in Cover-Up history.  I don’t get embarrassed easily, but… have you heard the song “Double Team”?  I have no idea what’s going to happen.

But don’t worry – the Lizard Lounge only pre-sells half of the tickets and keeps the other half for the door.  So if you’re there early (8ish), you have a good shot of not getting shut out.
